Once a novice. Now a queen. This year, Miss Drew celebrates her 20th Anniversary as an entertainer. She burst onstage with a bang in the mid-nineties at Kitchener's finest hot spot, Club Renaissance. Her high production values and intense choreography make for a winning formula. Considering herself an entertainer, Miss Drew has wowed audiences throughout Canada and the United States. Miss Drew's commitment to excellence and devotion to various charities has gained her numerous awards throughout North America. The Unaccompanied Minors have been participating in the Summer Lights Festival for some time now, and it has become a highlight of our Spring term! Every year, we look forward to performing because the Summer Lights festival is an awesome way to share and experience local talent. Way to go K-W!

Ping Pong under the stars! Grab a paddle, play with friends or jump in and meet your neighbours.
Two or four players hit a lightweight ball back and forth across a table using small bats.

WARNING: This is game is known to make people wonder if there is a small sloth underneath, moving the hole each time you throw your bean bag. Unfortunately, it is your skill level. We invite you to practice for Summer Lights 2018!

Bobby O'Brien's - a casual restaurant and bar located in downtown Kitchener. Opening its doors on September 5th 2002 as The Still Bar & Grill, we quickly became a landmark in the downtown area. Featuring the Largest Patio in the tri-city area, outdoor beach volleyball court, daily food/drink specials, live music and weekly special events. We offer a great pub atmosphere and a casual dining menu at reasonable prices. With outdoor seating on our expansive patio, comfortable seating at the bar inside and a large dining room you can book for parties Bobby O'Brien's is the place to be.

THE WATERBOYS

Come watch The Water Boys (UWaterloo's own super talented Acapella Group) sing, dance, and beatbox their way to an aca-tastic performance.
The UW A Cappella Club is Canada's largest university a cappella organization, with upwards of 200 members over the course of a year and 5 different a cappella groups.
The Water Boys were formed in the summer of 2008 as the first a cappella group at the University of Waterloo. This auditioned, all-male band of brothers sings a variety of music, ranging from oldies to current chart-toppers. They've travelled to the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella in 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and competed again in Winter 2018! The Water Boys focus on musical excellence in all they do and enjoy singing, performing, and having fun together.
THE ACABELLAS

Come watch The AcaBellas (UWaterloo's own super talented Acapella Group) sing, dance, and beatbox their way to an aca-tastic performance.
The UW A Cappella Club is Canada's largest university a cappella organization, with upwards of 200 members over the course of a year and 5 different a cappella groups.
The AcaBellas are the University of Waterloo's first all-female a cappella group. Founded in 2009 by seven girls who just wanted to sing, the group has now grown to include as many as 20 members at a time, and was the first a cappella ensemble at Waterloo to truly incorporate choreography into their performances. The AcaBellas aim to enrich the experience of the KW area through female a cappella music, with genres ranging from well-known pop songs to obscure indie tracks. They also promote skills development among members through their arranging, beatboxing, and choreography teams. In 2016, the Bellas competed for the first time at the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) and placed 3rd in the Central Quarterfinals. Founded in 2009 by seven girls who just wanted to sing, the group has now grown to include as many as 20 members at a time, and was the first a cappella ensemble at Waterloo to truly incorporate choreography into their performances. Established in the Fall of 2017, In Full Colour is an award-winning co-ed a cappella group from the University of Waterloo. Most recently crowned ICCA 2018 Quarterfinal Champions and Semifinals Runner-Up, the group draws inspiration from the stage and was founded to push the boundaries of a cappella. In Full Colour focuses on combining music and choreography into masterful storytelling, and strives to give audiences unique and emotional experiences.

The Committee The Committee formed in Winter of 2014 out of the choreography committee of Waterloo a cappella group ACE. Fun Fact: All members of The Committee have been in ACE! In that time, they've grown from a diverse group of performers with unique personalities into a tight-knit family of friends. Between rehearsals, the group spends an unreasonable amount of time around each other, laughing their hearts out.
THE MUSICAL INTERDUDES

The UW A Cappella Club is Canada's largest university a cappella organization, with upwards of 200 members over the course of a year and 5 different a cappella groups.
The Musical InterDudes are the University of Waterloo's 12-member all-male a cappella group, as well as the youngest main group Founded in Fall 2014, the Dudes are a close-knit community with a focus on tight harmonies and a dash of musical comedy.
